Who is who
When our customers' circumstances change and new needs arise, we want to be among the first to know. That way we can respond rapidly, developing and offering new products, product ranges and services to match the continually evolving market. Our sales activities are therefore organised into geographical regions, each headed by a Regional Director.
Our company also has one centralised Management Board.
Centralised functions
As a worldwide organisation we seek to ensure that all our customers benefit from our broad expertise and innovative competence, no matter where in the world they are located. For this reason our Management Board encompassing, Chief
Executive Officer, Finance, Design & Development, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Operations are centralised functions, supported by Regional Directors in 6 European regions, the United States and Asia.
The Regional Directors in turn rely on the support and expertise of our Product Managers based in Europe. Purchasing activities are organised centrally by Group Procurement.
