Schoeller Arca Systems has developed the first bottle crate with in-mould labels and soft touch grips for the mineral water industry. This new crate has been developed for Bad Driburger Naturparkquellen and can be used for 1,0l PET-Bottles as well as for 0,75l glass bottles.
Anti-rotation ribs guarantee that bottles are positioned just so that the labels are visible. Eye catching at point of sale is the soft touch middle grip with the company name displayed to stimulate brand recognition by consumers. The slender design with the ergonomic middle-handgrip lightens the carrying.
Due to the compact dimensions of 400 x 266 mm, instead of usually 400 x 300 mm, per level 9 instead of 8 crates fit onto an Euro-pallet. This reduces the expenses for logistics by more than 10%.
