Cleanroom pallet fulfills all Belgosucs requirements

Belgosuc produces partly processed goods using raw sugar and these are bulk sold in one tonne containers as well as smaller units.

In order to meet company packaging regulations, Belgosuc required a clean room pallet conforming HACCP and food packaging standards. The system needed a racking load of 1250 kg without requiring a central support, should be easy to clean and compatible with the Schoeller Arca Systems con-tainers currently in use. Belgosuc requested a long term guarantee on welded parts to ensure durability and minimize contamination. In addition they whished to reduce production costs, and use more environmentally friendly material that could be re-used many times.
Schoeller Arca Systems recommended the Trans BiPP 0833 C, 1200 x 800 mm, a cleanroom pallet with a racking load of 1250 kg.

The new pallet was 100% successful in meeting all requirements of Belgosuc and less pallet replacements were needed in comparison with wooden pallets. Other financial benefits are no rejected deliveries due to damage in transportation, nor any complaints of contamination – previously caused by nails and splinters in wooden pallets.
